We specialise in providing advice on Procurement and Contract Administration with particular in-depth skills and knowledge of the New Engineering Contract including all of the different forms within suite of contracts (NEC3).

We offer NEC training as well as practical advice and support, both of which can be bespoke to suit your particular needs and requirements.

Steve drafted, negotiated and agreed the NEC contract terms for the Titanic Signature Building in Belfast located in the old Harland & Wolff dockyard due to open to visitors in April 2012.
